Hand crafted workmanship, corrected a lot of issues left by the prior contractor, and provided photos of the problems causing the leaks.
Owner came on site to verify work was completely done to my satisfaction.
Conscientious work crew walked the site to ensure all debris was successfully cleaned up. The new shingled roof looks wonderful.

I don't know what I would do without these guys, plowing my driveway and shoveling my stairs and walkway. They do such a great job and are always happy to accomodate our exact needs- genuinely happy and respectful! Top this off with friendly, quick responses from the office folks...well can't get better than that! I am one grateful customer. 5 stars, guys!

Tony's boys got the job done in difficult conditions. The phone service lady was very tuned in and kind. The quoted price is the price I paid. I got a follow up phone call from the owner. I recommend this company for work on Cape Ann/Gloucester. cb

Precision Roofing Services of New England Inc. truly went above and beyond. They responded immediately to a last-minute request for plowing during the cleanup of this most recent storm that dumped over 20 inches of snow. Their crew did a fantastic job clearing the entire driveway and even shoveled all the way to the door, making it much safer for my elderly parents.

From Tony, the owner, to the office staff and the crew, everyone was wonderful to deal with—prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. My parents are now on their list for future storms, which gives me real peace of mind knowing they’ll be taken care of. Tony and his team truly get the job done. Thank you, Precision Roofing!

I had a leak in my roof near the stack. I called these guys and they sent a crew out immediately, not only did they make the repair quick, the price was fantastic. It was hard finding a contractor that could come out, but Precision was on it right away. If you're having any issues or need a roof replaced or repaired, these are the guys to call.

Precision Roofing installed a new roof and installed three roof windows in Ipswich. They were very professional, courteous, and responsive. They completed all the work in a timely fashion, and the installation went exactly as they explained during the quote process.

Last Spring we had a new roof installed at our home on Grove St in Gloucester. We are very happy with the outcome. Tony's installers go through a training program to ensure quality with each job. You can tell they take pride in the work they do. In November we called again and had a new roof put on our shed. From beginning to end, the workmanship and clean up can't be matched. We would recommend Precision Roofing to anyone. Tom Savage/Debbie Davis
